ITT is a uniqiue blend of cranio-sacral therapy, somato-emotional release, yoga, meditation, hypnotherapy and cognitive therapy. This process takes into account your background, interests and objectives as you are guided through deep internal work. You will relax on a massage table while a therapist uses a gentle non-invasive light touch to create mind-body awareness not generally found with talk therapy. While engaging in meditative dialogue, you will learn to perceive life in a new way, leading to new found self awareness and self-control. The insight gained through ITT helps you incorporate new ideas into your everyday life.
